My oldest son Will is pursuing his fantasy on weekends at a "Hand Made" market in Westchester, PA. He's a very creative chef, and his product is a very yummy Vegetarian Mushroom Scrapple. (Usually made by the Pennsylvania Dutch using pork, which is also yummy, if you have the acquired taste.)
